More snow in Atlanta

wow... this white powder keeps finding it's way to my house. crazy!
but this time is was just a dusting and the roads are totally clear.

Me and Cole are having an inside day today...
he's busy looking at our gorgeous snow view and I'm busy in the kitchen.

Hope you all have a fantastic day...
Thursday's are kinda my favorite night for TV...
Grey's and Jersey Shore! Whoop!

{I love this pic... the motion of his ears when I say his name}

ps. The other day when I posted about my pink screen of death someone commented and said that we should all be on the google reader bandwagon.... that you can subscribe to over 1000 rss feeds. So, I hoped over there to try it out. and I like it, but this is what I'm wondering... If I'm reading in this view {below} and I don't click on the actual blog {correct me if I'm wrong, but I would only click on it to comment because you can see the whole post in the expanded window} does it still show that I "visited" that blog? I want to actually BE there, not just read the content without visiting, know what I mean? Who reads from the blogger view and who uses google reader? why? HELP!

Well, I can't help at all b/c I don't even understand what you're talking about:-)

I'm a Thursday night tv girl too but b/c of The Office and American Idol. I had gotten off the AI bandwagon the last few seasons but Steven Tyler is on there now. I mean, STEVEN TYLER!!!

I use Google Reader- and I love it more than life. I don't think it counts as "hits," but I'm not sure.
To leave comments, I just click over!

I also wrote in that comment that you can add a NEXT button. Initially I didn't like reading it in google reader because I feel like it took the personality out of the blog.

To add the button, go to settings, click on Google Reader settings. Then click on Goodies. Scroll down to where it says NEXT, then you drag the next button to your task bar at the top.

So when you're reading, you don't even need to go to google reader at all. When I have time to read a few blogs, I click on NEXT (on my task bar at the top) and it takes me to the next blog on my reader.

Super easy.

By the way, when you're ready to take reader to the next level, there are lots of other tips too like adding notes, sharing it with your friends, putting categories on things (for easy searching later) and other fun tips.

No clue about the Readers but I love the Target boots - just like mine!

I'm pretty sure it does count as a subscription. I have a good friend that is a photographer and he has two different blogs. One for portraits, weddings, etc. and the other for landscape. His landscape has yet to go public and only a few of us knew about it - about 5. And he had five subscriptions to it. I use google reader and have found that I really like it. It's easy to keep track of what's new and keep up with what reading I fall behind on.
Best of luck!

We got snow here too! Unfortunately our roads are extremely icy and everyone else decided to try to go to work at the same time as me! Haha! I can't wait to get home and make some snow angels though.

The next button changes everything! I'd forget whose blog I was reading sometimes because I couldn't see their face in the sidebar or recognize their blog design, but this way, you get the best of both worlds! Also, you can get reader to pull the blogs you "follow" from blogger, so every time you follow a blog, the get added to the reader. Very nice.
