Although I have not posted about the challenge like I was at the start... (with calories and workouts, ect) I am still journaling them and working hard at getting to our goal of loosing 20 lbs in 20 weeks.
FH decided to get on board this week as well. I only encourage ... like "Lets go on a walk" or "lets take Cole to the pond" so we can be active together. But this week he has been hitting the gym harder and watching what he eats. We are going to be a SMOKIN HOT married couple! :)
Weigh in Friday AM: 162 lbs LBs lost this week: -2 lbs Total LBs lost: -10 lbs (yea, I caught up!!)
