"Sweet Pea" Baby Shower Cupcakes

Salted Caramel Cupcakes

On my playdate with Kelly this weekend...

we made some cupcakes and made some silhouette crafts.

So much fun.

I wanted to share the cupcake recipe because the hubs said 

"these are some of the best cupcakes I've ever had!"  

and believe me, he's had a lot of cupcakes  

(almost as many as me!) ::wink, wink::

Super easy... since almost everything is store bought:

Chocolate cake mix

Smuckers caramel Sauce

sea salt

kit-kats (or another candy bar, crunched up on top)

and the stuff to make my butter cream frosting

Bake the chocolate cupcakes and let them cool for a couple of minutes before squiring the caramel/salt mixture inside. Then let cool completely, frost with butter cream and press kit-kat pieces on top. For extra messy-yummyness drizzle more caramel on top of that! bam!  

Whoo Hoo! It's MARCH!

The weather here in Atlanta has been beautiful for the past couple of weeks...

but something about it being the first day of March really got me bouncing out of bed this morning.

Thanks for the laugh. Let's set a few things straight.

You are absolutely right, my name is not "Pam", it is Pamela.

My life is sunshine and rainbows (most of the time) and when it's not,
I try to think about sunshine and rainbows until they appear again.

The hubs wants me to make sure you know that he is in no-way neglected  
(he also had a few other comments that I will keep to myself. haha)

My house is never perfectly clean (I have a 95lb weim that sheds like a beast) but it is loved and lived in. My car however, is usually full of chickfila bags and empty red bull cans.

I don't know what kind of qualifications I needed to have to judge a high school calendar girl competition last week, but if you are saying that I am not a beauty queen myself, I would have to agree. I'm also not claiming to be one... so I doubt anyone is surprised.

I hope you feel better about yourself after leaving that comment on this post.

I would be lying if I said it didn't hurt my feelings. I forgive you. Now go away.
