We (the hubs & I) use both the internet and the phone aps to track our food intake and check our weight progress. I am {thanks dad} a task-master! I
LOVE to-do lists, charts, calendars... anything that helps me stay on track and see results. I think that is one of the main reasons this site worked so well for me. Like I mentioned above I lost about 35 lbs from Jan'09-Sept 09' {the bulk during my cult following of the 20/20 challenge @ Ash is Fit from March to August}. Then... we got hitched. And I got fat. boo. I can't really say that I worked hard at staying little...I gained about 7 lbs on our 7 day cruise...then the "holidays" got the best of me. But... I'm back on the livestrong track now. :)
