More snow in Atlanta

wow... this white powder keeps finding it's way to my house. crazy!

but this time is was just a dusting and the roads are totally clear.

ps. The other day when I posted about my pink screen of death someone commented and said that we should all be on the google reader bandwagon.... that you can subscribe to over 1000 rss feeds. So, I hoped over there to try it out. and I like it, but this is what I'm wondering... If I'm reading in this view {below} and I don't click on the actual blog {correct me if I'm wrong, but I would only click on it to comment because you can see the whole post in the expanded window} does it still show that I "visited" that blog? I want to actually BE there, not just read the content without visiting, know what I mean? Who reads from the blogger view and who uses google reader? why? HELP!

I wish I could say it was from all the uber sweet comments yall left on yesterdays post.

The chills I've got are from this darn cold. I just.can't.shake.it.

sucks. been on the sofa sleepin it off for what feels like days.

I'm behind on work, behind on blogs, behind on housework.

I don't know what feels worse... 

the cold or the overwhelming sence of non-accomplishment.

bleh.

That is pretty much me right now... the doritos are my form of crackers (since we don't keep crackers on hand here) nyquil, and mucinex-D, and TP.

Can I just tell yall about this TP for a second. amazing.

so.... last week I hit 200 public google followers! whoot!

Valentine Cupcakes & Open Letters

I'm a bit under the weather... 

nothing major. sore throat, watery eyes, sneezes.

bleh. Got some serious nap time in my immediate future.

I wanted to share these Valentines Day Heart Cupcakes that Kelly and I made last week...

super easy and super cute. Red velvet cupcakes with butter cream frosting and white chocolate tinted pink to make the hearts. Just do a random heart with a "tail" on the bottom... stick the tail into the cupcake to keep it standing upright.

(I got the idea when I saw these super cute cupcakes here....)
