Stand by dinner...

Do you have something that you cook when there really isan't anything else to cook?
or any motivation?
or your just think it tastes that good?

I make "Crockpot Chicken" once a week
{usually on Thursdays because I'm OCD cool like that}

Just thought I would share.

What you need:

Some boneless chicken breast {we use frozen}
1 packet {two come per box} of Lipton Onion Soup Mix
one of those tubs of mushrooms
one of those little packs of raw carrots
1 cup of white wine {you can use water if you don't have any wine}**




Throw all that in the crockpot {it'll look like this}
You can cook it on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
ta-da!



This night we had it with roasted red potatoes, but usually we have mashed cauliflower. yum.yum.




**If you don't have wine in your house {unless you just drank it all} I'm sad for you. :(

Yummy! That sounds really good! Maybe I'll try it next week, or maybe this Wednesday cause I have an unspecified chicken dish on the menu!

I'm making crock-pot chicken today! We didn't have any wine, but don't worry, I bought some at the store yesterday so now we do!
