We pretty much rock

That is the motivation that helped me loose the 35ish lbs for our wedding last September...

We (the hubs & I) use both the internet and the phone aps to track our food intake and check our weight progress. I am {thanks dad} a task-master! I LOVE to-do lists, charts, calendars... anything that helps me stay on track and see results. I think that is one of the main reasons this site worked so well for me. Like I mentioned above I lost about 35 lbs from Jan'09-Sept 09' {the bulk during my cult following of the 20/20 challenge @ Ash is Fit from March to August}. Then... we got hitched. And I got fat. boo. I can't really say that I worked hard at staying little...I gained about 7 lbs on our 7 day cruise...then the "holidays" got the best of me. But... I'm back on the livestrong track now. :)

Here are a couple of my favorite things about it.

looks like a good tool! me and my friend just started this week being accountability partners and reporting what we ate to each other.. it's working so much greater than any other attempt at calorie counting :)

i prolly said this before on here, but your dress. wow - seriously is the dress i'd like to go back and redo my wedding in. :D

I myself have started to hit the gym and watch those late night snacks. so looks like we are all on the same page. I did got to the gym 4 times this week Heehee

I gained 30+ lbs after I got married. I had lost the weight abotu 3 years before I got married and had kept it off. Married life has been bad for my eating habits!!! I am definetly going to try this out. Thanks so much for posting!

Livestrong sounds awesome! I do sparkpeople, which is similar! For me it's good to see the cold hard facts of what I'm doing / eating!
