Rachel H. said...: You just have to focus on what you want to get done, and you'll get it done. Set small goals for yourself that are achievable. Like you are going to get X number of Thank You notes written this week, etc. Then you can have a timeline and you can have time set aside to do these things for yourself. You'll get there, it just takes time. And plan out your dinners. Find a website that has quick and easy dinners and make some of those...and plan them in advance. Good Luck!
